Investing in staff training

We run regular intensive training courses for our staff. The personal development and career opportunities arising from these courses allow us to retain our local, regional and international talent.

Developing university graduates

Our NextGen Program is a graduate development plan that aims to create Qatar’s insurance leaders of the future. The project will see university graduates undergoing intensive learning and on-the-job training for 2 years. This includes training towards securing the Advanced Diploma in Insurance, and the key areas of business skills and management development.

Promoting professional qualifications

We help increase professional qualifications in our industry. In addition to our existing team of Chartered Insurers, most of our staff members are part of the ongoing learning program. They aim to achieve the CII Award, Cert CII, Dip CII and ACII designation qualifications from the Chartered Insurance Institute (CII), UK.
