Our ambitious and unique NextGen program is designed to create insurance leaders for the future. It is an intensive two-year training program comprising four phases. It’s open for applications on our website and through local media announcements only.
Insurance is a specialist business. So the training focuses on expert technical training and professional qualifications, plus business skills and management development courses. Additionally, there may be mentored on-the-job training and a comprehensive market-related group project.
During the two-year program, we remunerate trainees with a monthly financial allowance. We offer successful graduates full-time employment with us, alongside our standard compensation and benefits package.
